Terms & Conditions
- Booking must be made in 3 weeks before the event date
- Transport will be charge depends on location (outside Ipoh)
- Any additional request shall be charge accordingly
- Items in package may be change due to unavailability
- If any jars/ machines or our belongings lost or broken are under the customer responsibility
- Any changes of event theme after confirmation are not allowed
- A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation
- We do not wait during the event. But staff will be provided upon requests with certain cost
- Strictly no refund for any cancellation.
CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PROVIDE:
- Space for candy buffet nearest to plug point
- Person incharge to refill (if any)
